Three illustrations in a bright palette for the London based shoe brand FLORRIE. We met for coffee in Florence, Italy, to talk about ideas and later on these illustrations were developed."Florrie believes that with thoughtful construction and fine Italian leathers, shoes can beautifully carry women through life’s moments, both big and small. Subtle signatures, like sustainably sourced green insoles inspired by Florrie's vintage Italian finds, the O-buckle and interlocking heart heel tabs reflect her playful design ethos." https://florrielondon.com/

MAIA

Made both in digital or manually. I enjoy participating during figure drawing sessions and usually go to an art studio situated in a mediaeval building, close by a historical piazza in Florence.I have for many years found a lot of inspiration within fashion, textile and accessories. A couple of years ago I therefore decided to take a course in fashion illustration. Since then I try to find as much time as possible for drawing fashion figures and accessories.

GRAPHICS

Had the wonderful possibility to collaborate with Studio Marion in Stockholm and had six prints available in their cooking studio and shop. The prints are inspired by their food style, but also by the impressions that I collect when buying seasonal products at the market in Florence. About Studio Marion: A creative space for food and art. They create holistic concepts for events, private dinners and cooking workshops - where food and styling come together to create a unique experience. https://studiomarion.se/

THE MARKET

Made by using different techniques, manually or by using digital tools. Attracted to a natural but vibrant palette, textures and repetitions. Often finding inspiration at the food market.

My interest for books and magazines started very early, and the interest really increased while studying graphic design in Milan (2014-2017).OMBRA Magazine: Project developed during the third year at IED Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan. Photographs by Swedish photographer Beatrice Holmberg. Stories told by others who have, similarly to me, approached a different culture."The city of LA can barely be seen as one city, it is more a vast continuing urban area built up by parts/suburbs. I live in downtown and it is anything but the beach-lifestyle of Santa Monica. People are cool, and seemingly care free, but I would not describe LA people as not caring what people think." - California "I believe that 'Sweden is where I can be myself'. People respect others and accept being different. The nature and lifestyle is also fantastic because it allows me to reflect on my everyday life. Living in Sweden taught me how to keep a good balance in my life." - North "Australia is a huge country and they have so much to offer; big cities, small towns, beautiful nature parks, amazing rainforests, long beaches, islands.." - AustraliaWEDDING EDITORIAL: Photography by Volterra Wedding.ACADEMIC CATALOG: Created with and for LdM Institute.
